How to Create Your Own Blog

1. Hi! If you are reading this, you are on my blog. A blog is a way to communicate and share information through the internet. Today I am going to be teaching you how to create your own blogThink of a name for your blog. If you will be blogging about bunnies, it could be called Beautiful Bunnies or Amazing Rabbits. But if your blog was about pirates, none of the names I have listed above will work. Search the web to see if there is already a website with the name you have. If there is, think of something else. I recommend making a list full of backup plans.

2. Find a blog platform. I recommend WordPress – it lets you customize your website more than other platforms, but you might want to think of something else. WordPress does cost money, but it is worth it.

3. Once you have found a blog platform, customize your website. Do not launch your site until you have made it complete.

4. You did it! Make your first blog post, add tags, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
